About

Four appliances, one city, no guessing

Viking Pro Repair Denver is an independent shop working Viking ranges, wall ovens, built-in refrigeration and dishwashers across Denver. Nothing else, on purpose: four appliances from one maker is a small enough field to know properly.

Most of what goes wrong on this equipment is diagnosable in the kitchen with a meter, a probe and a manometer. That is where the $89 service call goes — the visit and the fault-finding — and it comes off the bill the moment you approve the repair. If the answer turns out to be "nothing worth spending money on", you hear that too.

How a call runs

Four stages, and what happens in each

  1. On the phone

Model and serial number, the symptom, when it started. That is enough to decide which parts travel to the address.

  2. At the machine

Panels off, readings taken, cause found and shown to you. Nothing is replaced on a hunch and nothing is quoted before it is understood.

  3. Before the work

The price for the repair, said out loud, with the $89 service call already coming off it. Approve it or do not.

  4. On the way out

Panels and custom fronts refitted to the alignment they had, the cycle or the burner run once in front of you, and the old part left with you if you want it.

What this site will not do

  • No contact form and no email address — the phone or the booking page, nothing that sits in an inbox over a weekend.
  • No parts sold over the counter and no advice on live gas or refrigerant work by phone.
  • No quoted repair price before the fault is known. A number given down the phone is a number invented.

Where the equipment is

  • Sloan's Lake — Lakeside bungalows and scrape-off duplexes, most with a new kitchen built around a professional range.
  • Baker — Brick Victorians and half-duplexes off Broadway, where the kitchen is usually one narrow galley.
  • Hilltop — Wide lots and 1950s ranch houses, remodelled kitchens with paired wall ovens and built-in refrigeration.
  • Bonnie Brae — Curved streets of 1920s bungalows and Tudors, compact kitchens fitted with full-size appliances.

Book it

Ready when you are, and honest about the day if we are not.

Visits 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days, line answered 24/7. The $89 service call covers the trip and the diagnosis and comes off the repair once you approve it.
